1998/Engine will turn over but not start
I have a 1998 Blazer and the engine will turn over but will not start. Getting fuel and spark from the spark plugs but it just will not start. Someone mentioned it may be the ignition switch and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this? Does it make sense?

just a few weeks ago my buddy went through this with his 98 Bravada... it just wouldnt start but it would def. crank
come to find out it was the distributor cap and rotor, id start with that for sure...
another preliminary check is to pop the gascap for a few seconds and then put it back on and turn the key to on and listen for the fuel pump to cycle.
also clean the Mass Ait Flow unit (if equipped with an oil type air filter the heated element could get gunked up and cause a no start)

I would def. check the cap and rotor.
When was the last spark plug change?
My blazer would not start one day so I did a spark plug change and I had two broken spark plugs
I swapped them out and it started up beautifully
