You may have to be slightly moving when attempting to switch into 4LO.

Yup, that did it. Everything works perfectly! Thanks a ton guys!!! Now it's on to replacing the blown out shocks.

Default i am new to this 4wd not working right

my 1999 chevy blazer 4wd keeps cutting in and out when it is in two wheel and than the service light will come on what can it be a vacuum line or wiring problem or not can someone pls help me out with this problem

You posted in a 4 year old thread... A new thread of your own is a great idea and bumping that thread would be more appropriate.

You may also want to take the advice given in this thread regarding having the TCCM scanned for stored codes. If the 'Service 4wd' light comes on, the TCCM will store the code related to the issue it has experienced giving you important direction into the problem.

There is also a lot of information in our Tech Article (DIY) section that you can read through to help yourself out.

Any further discussion can be taken to badazztoys new thread on the subject.
