jappleseed: the items you listed are not uncomon to be replaced; age + mileage + how previous owner(s) used and maintained vehicle.

I have replaced many of the same on my '02 plus others. Came from Long Island: snow, ice, rain, humidty took its toll on the vehicle. And now the Arizona heat/sun has cracked the clear coat.

But I enjoy having my Blazer...drive it almost daily....no idea what I would ever replace it with.

Bottom line is I say no odometer roll back. Just a 15 yr old vehicle.

lanny,yes to your question .

door hinges, fuel pump, driver side power window,o2 sensor, engine thermostat, front brake hoses, rear differential repair, air conditioning compressor replaced ,2 ball joints replaced.other two ball joints loose. and other parts replaced i probably forgot.

blazer had 98k when i purchased 1 year ago. has 99k now. too busy repairing it to put many miles on it.

the tittle check, when i purchased, showed no odometer discrepancies.

are blazers of this vintage and this mileage high maint vehicles??

thanks to all the reply's and information..........larry.....

Blazers are not a vehicle for someone who cannot fix it on their own, otherwise they have way more money than they need. I would not suspect an odometer being rolled back at all with one of these. They just have that many problems.

Default blazer odometer

good answers. i probably have a low mileage ,15 year old blazer, that had a lot of deferred maintenance. better news then a tampered with odometer.

this forum is very helpful, especially with the "how to" information.

yea that sounds about right. 2000 blazer 4x4 LT Replaced above stated parts plus many others from about 100,000 to 200,000 miles. With regular maintenance and quality replacement parts have not had repeat failures on none wear parts. I'm at 306,000 now ...think I'll just keep going till it rolls forward?
