2 Issues, A/C & Fuel Injectors
Hey,
I have 2 issues really bothering me lately.
Issue #1: The air conditioning seems to never keep a charge. I have put cans of freon until it seemed to be fully charged and blowing out cold air. A week or two later, the system is completely rid of all freon and it is blowing out hot air. I suspected a leak but can't seem to find one if there is one. Could it be anything else or is a leak the most probable?
Issue #2: My gas gauge fluctuates a lot like a lot of people here that have the same issue with their sending unit I believe. Anyways, I was backing out on a hill and thought I had more gas than I did and the thing completely cut off. I tried cranking it after I had to go get a couple gallons of gas and it had a hard time cranking. This had happened before and I had fried the fuel injectors I believe. The blazer to this day still has a hard time cranking up and it is putting unneeded strain on the starter. Do you think the fuel injectors are still messed up or they have build up in them or do you think it is something else?
Also, how hard is it to clean the injectors? I imagine it isn't too pretty. I was wondering if an average guy could do something like that or if I should have someone more experienced do it again? Having someone clean the injectors cost a good amount so that's why I was wondering.
Thanks for your time!
