Exclamation 30 in tires?

can a stock 2000 blazer clear 30 in tires in the rear? have a buddy that is going to sell me a set of 30in tsl thornbird's and i know they wont clear the front, will rub way to much. adding a 2in body lift in a few weeks if i can come up with the extra money. just wondering if they will be able to be put on before the lift. thanks
