Question 2001 Blazer headlights not working

Ill try and make this as simple as I can. Only my passenger headlights work, low and high, the driver side headlights only come on very very dim, and brights do not work. Ive checked the relay in the fuse relay under the hood, and it clicks when i turn it on, only once. Ive checked the fuses inside the car when you open the drivers door, and those are all good. Unfortunately none of them are bad. Im at a loss, I cant drive it at night time until i get that working again. Ive been trying to find the body relay block for the headlight grounding relay, but to no avail. The pictures Ive seen say that it is on the back side of the interior fuse panel, but i cant turn it around to find out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an ohm - volt meter?
If so, check the voltage at the headlight connector terminals and also check the resistance to frame (with the headlights switched off).

Could be a dirty ground connection or dirty terminals at the headlight. Also check that the headlight itself is good.....switch it over to the other side just to see if it works.

i was just about to say check the fuses, but no luck did you check the headlight connections? i had this problem before my fuse kept blowing as soon as i turned the headlights on but the harness isnt that hard to change i changed it all and it was just the drl relay i was pretty upset.

achaps81, Wiring is different with or without the ZR2 option. If you're not sure if you have the ZR2 option, check the RPO codes in the glove box for "ZR2".
