I had the Same Problem like a week ago just fixed it.. They Have To replace the dimmer switch its under the steering column...

 

my 2001 blazer lights were flickering .Dash and headlights .then the headlights quit working .I found a wire on the side of the underhood fuse box ready to break off .When i lifted the box the wire broke. That was my light problem.
