The passenger air bag will come up with the dash.
Any bolts from the engine compartment should only be holding the heater box, which comes out later, if I recall...it's been a few years since I've done this myself.
If you try to lift the dash is there an area that still feels secured? Did you read my post from a couple of years ago?

Ok, next question.... on your RPO code it should tell you what a/c system you have. Is it C42 or C60?

Wow, im missing threads left and right here. When i get home tonight i will take a pic of my engine bay and show ya the2 bolt and one nut locations that you need to remove to get the heater box away. Its hard to explain but you need to remove the nut off the stud that comes through the center of the firewall, thenthere is one bolt thats attached to the heater box in the engine bay itself about on the passenger side, and then there is the SOB thats in the engine side of the heater box. To get to the last one look at the engine side heater box for an electrical plug on top. It will have a rectangle around it marked cut here for service, take a utility knife and cut that out (its only rubber) and you will find a few bolts holding in whats call the resistor. Remove the resistor and look inside and you will see a bolt in there more towards the passenger side about half way down, that little bugger is it. Remove it and the whole inner heater box will come loose.

Edit: Here is the link to the pictures. Link

I don't believe there is any cutting required with the manual a/c, only on the auto a/c.
