Mine doesn't stall at red lights though, only when I turn it off, it won't turn back on lol

I've read somewhere that it might be the wiring harness for the fuel pump that is shorting out. But if that was the case it would stop working randomly...

I'm really bafelled by this one, any suggestions on what to change or test next would be greatly appreciated :-)
