Default '96 front drivers side hard brake line needs replaced. Length? Fitting sizes?

Looks like my front drivers side hard line has sprung a leak. Does anyone know the size of the fittings used on the ABS module? I was thinking about getting a small bolt to block that passage until I can get a new length of line and get it bent. Would there be any problems with doing this on an ABS system? I've done it in the past on a truck without ABS.

Or, if anyone happens to know the length of that line I can grab a pre-flared length from the auto store. This brings me to another question, I recall reading that the flare may be different on the ABS side of the line, is that so? Are there adapters that can be used.

Any help would be appreciated.

I know on the flex hose end of the line it is 3/16" inverted flare. I'm not so sure on the ABS end though. When I pulled mine out, a couple on the nuts were larger than the standard 3/16" line nut, 1/4" perhaps.

usually on most vehicles the fittings they use on the abs and proportioning valves are always some goofy thread/size and you cant buy lines with them already on it. i know they sell kits with some of them ends in them but all i ever do is buy a line the same size then you just have to cut the line and reflare it to the double flare or bubble flare after sliding the end you unscrewed off the abs unit onto the new line.

another method ill do is just cut that line like 10 or so inches back if its in good shape by the abs unit then just reflare that end using a standard thread end and use a union to connect it to the new line you bought.
