I am missing one of these guys. It is on the drivers side..and i have no clue how to replace it?? Can anyone help with this??

Also, made a run to the local salvage yard today and found a goldmine. A 01 black blazer, all leather, super nice interior. Got some things for mine that needed to be replaced, and pondered how much it would cost to buy the interior out of it and convert mine to leather!! My guess is they would charge me way more than I want to spend.
