The starter rolls fine it starts and dies instantly then it rolls over and over and over for 30 seconds to a minute before it fires up but runs fine after it starts only code is a evap code for small leak

I'm leaning towards the fuel pressure regulator or injector spider but not sure. The fuel pump comes on as soon as you turn the key on also

Do a fuel pressure/leak down test on it and post your results.

Fuel pressure key on motor off 62lbs running 55lbs any ideas not had a tps code iat code and iat is reading pretty high temp it was 76 outside and iat was 135 and there was a p0300 code and o2 sensor codes and if you take the iat out and blow on it for a lil bit the blazer would start easier

I am guessing you have a scanner?
Let the vehicle sit overnight and then without starting it check what the IAT and ECT are reading compared to the outside temperature.
