Default Automatic Seat Memory

I have a 2000 Blazer. When I use the remote door lock, the drivers seat goes back to a complete recline position (only when unlocking the door). It doesn't matter which remote we use, driver 1 or 2. Any suggestions for this problem? Thanks for your help.

Does it return to the programmed position when you hit the memory 1 or memory 2 buttons?

The 2 memory buttons does not bring the seat back into position.

Have you programmed them? Does the programming stick? If not, you may have a faulty memory module.

Under the seat. It will have 3 connectors going into it.

I'll 2nd that. On my mothers Bravada we had the same problem. There should be a procedure for setting the memory for seat position 1 and seat position 2. I think the steps we found in the owners manual. Hope this helps.
