Default Bad pump or bad ground?

Hey folks, all started with long morning crank.
Leak-down seems OK 60 down to 55 in 20min.
Dead head at filter from key only 61 at first after five primes will come up to 73 and hold.
Does anyone no were to look for the ground other then directly under the hitch as that is the only place I have seen them. Will get on it with ohm meter in morning.
Curious if this is a classic bad pump symptom or not.
Thanks, Above Water On Long Island!

73psi is too low, should be closer to 100psi when running, then drop back to ~50psi and hold when the pump shuts off. It should pressurize immediately when you apply voltage to it.

Can't remember for sure on 95's, but I think 2 doors ground on top of the frame. Rear driver side corner of the frame. Doesn't really matter, check resistance on the black wire from the module connector to a good clean ground. Must be 5 ohms or less. If the module is getting battery voltage, and a good ground, the pump needs replacement. If the ground resistance is high, run a new wire from the module connector to ground.
