Default (Blazer '99 wagon E) Taillights aren't working correctly.

Well first i'm from the netherlands and my tech english isn't that good so please explain it on a easy way

Problem 1
But my problem is that when i turn on the normal lights the head lights are lighting but the tail lights won't
Lights aren't broken i did a test on that.

Problem 2
Foglight isn't working the control led on the button either

Strange thing

When i press the horn button on my remote fod, head lights, left rear light and on the right side the break light starting to flash.

I think there is a wiring problem but where shall i start searching.

Glad you found the problem. Wiring/electrical issues are the single most troubling and annoying problems to have with a vehicle.
