Default High mounted break light

Hi
My high mounted break light , does not work, i have opened it and checked if any power came to it when, break is applyed, but can't measure any change, and it look's like water has come into light.

Can't find any broken fuses, can anyone help.

changed mine yesterday. Pull rear cargo lite panel down (eight pop in clips) pull wiring out of hole. Other plug (not cargo lite) will be 3rd brake lite. Measure for 12v here when brake is applied. I had 12v here, but no lite worky. I priced them out...$$$130 at dealer. SO, went to local pull your part and scored one from the only 2nd gen there! $10! And it worked to boot - bonus! You can remove the one from the donor truck and get all the wiring, grommet, wiringall the way to it's plug and remove. REINSTALL - Just be gentle when removing screws to change yours out, they thread into a brass plug/nut that needs a gentle touch - ie. dont rush the job. Run the wiring to your plug location (helps to tie a piece of fishing line to the old wiring when removing the old one to assist in pulling the new wiring through). plug in plug of the new lite, push in grommet, screw in lite and youre done! hope this helps- Mike

Ah yes, $55US on Ebay + shipping for aftermarket. Or $130US +shipping for ACDelco. OR hire an electrical engineer to fix yours!
