Default Brake vibration (new brakes and rotors)

I just did some work on my girlfriends blazer, did the upper and lower ball joints and replaced the brakes and rotors, now when coming to a stop and pressing on the brake there is a vibration noise towards the end of the stop and sometimes it keeps doing it when im not pressing the brake and the brake pedal will get stiff.. any suggestions on what this might be? PLEASE HELP

Did you open brake lines when you did this?
Could be an abs sensor issue?
Sticking/dragging caliper?

Sounds like a fault with the wheel sensors.Originals dislike being moved too far as the wire proves most brittle and the actual sensor is susepibile to contamination as well!
Did you break vacuum at any point? If not,a sensor or mechanical issue is the fault.

Thats exactly what it sounds like to me. When I did my ball joints it happened after I removed the knuckle the abs would cycle around 10-15 km/hr. Just take out the sensor being carefull not to break or strip out the bolt, I took off one of the spacers and it tightened it back down and it worked perfect. Or you could clean the mating surface and tightened it back down, good luck.

When i did the upper and lower ball joints i did have to take the wheel sensors off, that is the little plug thing that is held on by a screw and a star bit right? i was greasy as hell while doing this so maybe the plug got a tiny bit of dirt on it but would that make it do this? it gets worse when turning, when i get out of the car and check the rotors they are hot but i mean nothing more than normal. when im driving and brake its fine it is just when its coming to a complete stop

I agree. remove the sensor, clean the tip and blow air to clean dust, dirt, rust out of the hole.

"The cause of this condition may be an increased air gap between the wheel speed sensor and the hub reluctor ring due to rust and debris built up on the sensor mounting surface."

What the TSB is referring to is rust or dirt between the sensor and the sensor mounting surface on the hub. Usually the hub rusts and pushes the sensor up which increases the air gap, and decreases the output voltage.
