BRAKES! need help, don't know what to replace
I'm having a wierd brake issue here. If I am coming to a stop the brakes work fine, as long as I don't let up on the brake pedal then back down. If I am at a stop and let up a little to creep forward, like in stop and go driving, then try to press the brake pedal down again, it goes all the way to the floor then the brake light comes on. Then when driving if I just tap the brake pedal the brake light goes off.
I don't understand it, at any time the brake pedal is up, you can come to a complete stop like normal, but if you are applying the brake, let up a little, the press it back down, it goes to the floor!
All new calipers, pads, rotors, complete brake flush, the brake fluid level, when the brake light is on, is still full, I didn't see any vacuum leaks, I don't know if it's the booster or master cylinder, I don't really have the $ right now to replace both. Any suggestions which may be the cause?

Did you allow the fluid to drain while you were changing the calipers? Completebleeding can be a problem without power bleeding equip., especially if you have ABS.
You make no mention of increased pedal effort, so it doesn't sound like the booster.

sounds like an abs unit problem that or brake proportioning valves are broke.
