Default Calling on engine builders

I just got employed again and now have the funds to continue rebuilding this motor.
The main an rod bearings have the same wear on the bearings on this previous rebuild.

The build went OK with these questionable variables in the build.

1. I'm fairly sure my torque wrench is bad and the main and rod cap bolts got over torqued.
2. I installed the wrong oil filter housing gasket and blocked the pressure relief valve opening. http://i1137.photobucket.com/albums/...1999/006-6.jpg
3. I purchased new oil lines from the housing to the remote filter which kinked when installed. http://i1137.photobucket.com/albums/...1999/004-5.jpg

I primed the oil pump with motor honey while it was on the engine stand and removed the coil wire before priming the pump with a few revolutions after the oil was filled. I'm certain I rotated the engine long enough to build up pressure.

Note: The oil pressure was higher than normal on initial start up and always was over 60 psi while at idle.

I do have a question whether the over torquing of the main bearings would cause the high oil pressure.

Over 60psi when it's cold at idle is normal. What were the RPM's?
Usually when warmed up the PSI should be around 80 (I think) at a high rev/driving & 40 at idle in gear. Around there anyway.
Over tightening the mains can cause a higher than normal oil pressure & early failure of the bearings. Sorry to say.

Could that kink in the oil line be because it wasn't held in place while tightening & the hose rotated while tightening it?
