I can't hardly see my odometer during the day. At night it gets brighter and is fine. Pulled the cluster and all bulbs are good is there something I am missing. I have run the thumb wheel back and forth thinking maybe it was getting a bad connection, no change. 02 ZR2

That sounds like it's probably the culprit. Thing is I just got thru installing a stereo and alarm and my instrument cover is brittle and I broke it in several places. Got it all glued and reinforced and back together........never coming off again.....I hope. I can live with it until I have to go back in for something else someday. Thanks for the response.

Now if someone could only find a way to change the color of the readout that would be AWESOME!

You can't change color. It's not vintage!

Alternatively, you could pull a cluster at the junkyard and swap out the whole thing. Just know that you will also inherit the mileage it carries.
