Default code p0453

I have a 2000 blazer that has a p0453 code and cannot determine why. this truck has a new OEM Fuel pump and from what i have read which isnt much that the evap sensor is hbad which is on top of the pump. I am also told you cannot purchase this seperate as well. I need some advice what to do here if i can get some. I'm ready to drive this into the river i'm so mad.

Thanks

Kent

Yes they are...
P0453 - Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor High Input

I guess it depends on whether you are logged in to the www. or non-www. domain... Something that the IT folks still have to fix.

I got the same issue with my 98 blazer. I am going to try and do those steps listed above but... would this cause very poor gas milage cause I am getting about 217 miles/ tank or 11.4 miles/gallon (if my math works out.... converting from metric)
