is it possible to recalibrate my digital compass and thermometer on my 96 blazer. sometimes it just freaks out and all the lights light up like when u start it but it does it after ive been driving for awhile. and the compass is wrong it almost never says im driving in1 direction n,s,e,w its always nw,sw,se,ne, and its wrong anyway i know what direction im going but the compass doesnt

 

YEa, it is possible to recalibrate the compass. It is covered in the owners manual. If you don't have the owners manual, post up. I can check mine this week sometime for ya.

 

Don't think you can recalibrate the outside thermometer, but the compass is auto-calibrating. Unless the zone is wrong, all you should have to do is drive in a tight circle 3 times and it should come back in.
