Question What is this hose/ possibly vacuum line?

What is this hose for? What does it go to? I can not seem to find anything for it.

That looks like the hose that attaches to the top of the plastic radiator overflow tank. If pressure builds up in the overflow tank because coolant boils over, it flows out of that hose rather than spraying all over the engine compartment.

No offense but that sure looks like the coolant drain line. The one from the petcock! I am probably wrong Its just a hose from the petcock to draw the waste coolant to a safe drain area so that product can be contained! Judging by the pix however,I would be concerned with the oil lines more than that!-there is an issue you need to address! As Mike7075 said-it may be that, but on my 97 the over flow line is not that large & is not in that exact same area. Let us know! Thanks!

When the engine is running & you put your finger over the end of it you should be able to tell if it's a vacuum line.

Well I figured it out, it's the dang coolant overflow hose. The way it was routed down I couldn't tell where it went cause things were in the way. I now had my idiot moment for the week haha.
