Default door panels

Replacing window switch and door speaker in my 1997 truck. Just wanted to know before I start tearing into it if anyone has taken their door panel off? Does it just come off from unscrewing the screws in the panel or do I need to take off the manual window roller? The window roller is what I'm having questions about. Didn't know if there was some type of pin between the roller and the panel. thanks for the help

Default RE: door panels

there is a clip holding the window crank to the shaft. they sell a tool to get this off, its only gotta bea couple bucks at autozone or any other parts store. then there are two 7mm or 8mm bolts under the pull handle. then pull off the panel by prying out on the push pins holding the door on with either a door panel tool or even a putty knife. just be careful not to break anything
