Emergency Brake Won't Disengage

Default Emergency Brake Won't Disengage

Tonight i engaged the e-brake and now it won't disengage! I reversed it to try and get it moving while pulling the release in case it was stuck and it changed a but .. i have a bit of forward motion. How do I get this damn thing to disengage!

Canadian, you will need to take the lower dash panel off. get a good flashlight and take a look under there where the parking brake pedal is. you should see the cable at the top that comes from the release handle. if you look carefully, you will see where the cable hooks up. its a small "tab" that holds the cable end in place. if you pull on that, careful not to let the pedal smash your arm, you should be able to release your parking brake.
