Default Water Pump Pulley Bolt torque

I just replaced the water pump in my 1996 Blazer 4.3 4wd. I have the new pump mounted and was ready to put the pulley back on and can't find any information on the torque for the four 10mm bolts. My manuals have the fan to fan clutch bolt spec and the large nut spec for the fan clutch to water pump shaft and the actual water pump to block spec, but nothing on the pulley bolts. Any one have this info? I could reasonably tighten them with some removable locknut fluid, but would like the actual torque number.
