Default Fuel line o-ring sequence order?

Hello again, I am in process of reconnecting the two fuel lines to the fuel meter body on the plenum and I wanted to know does anyone know the exact correct order the o-rings/washer/spacers go back on the fuel lines? I have read several posts and they vary on the order. Is it black o-ring then washer then yellow o-ring then spacer? Does anyone have a pic of it? Thanks for any help...

For what it's worth, this might help too:

Default spider injector

Another problem! Stud in top of spider injector that nut goes on that holds hold down plate for lines in spinning in plastic of injector. I can't tighten down nuts on plate enough. Any ideas how to fix short of changing entire injector?
