Default Hazard Switch

I was looking to replace the hazard switch on my 97 Blazer to see if it will solve the problems with my directionals, tail lights, and brake lights, which are all dead. Fuses and bulbs are all intact. I was told by a dealer you can't get just the hazard switch anymore. Does anyone know if that's true? Would rather not buy the entire multifunction switch if I don't have to. I've had Auto Zone, Napa, and Advanced Auto Pars all look for the switch and none of them carry it.

Thanks, guys.
Hillbilly in OH: when you say relays are you talking about the two flashers that are behind the cig lighter, "the convenience panel?"
