I just spent over $700 bucks to have my Vent Door actuator and computer climate control unit replaced and still having problems. No matter what temp I have the climate control at the air keeps switching back and forth from heat and cold. I was traveling so I had a mechanic change the actuator vent door, climate computer and had a radiator flush. Before I had it changed it was stuck on hot and this is what the mechanic changed. I usaully fix these kinda things my self, but after having all that work done I don't know what else to change. Maybe the actuator door was just not put on correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions??? I dont want to go back to another mechanic and pay a bunch of money again.

 

I am also having this same problem. I can see the vent door just moving back and forth every 20 or so seconds from heat to cold. Anyone have any ideas?

 

OK after searching a ton the last two days on here I came across jojo replaced the ambient air sensor in the headliner and it fixed his problem. Anyone know where I can buy this sensor online? Ive looked for close to three hours now with no luck.
