Default high beams and low beams

I know many people have modded their headlights so when the high beams are on the lows stay on also. Is this hard to do and is it legal. Any instructions would be nice.

Search for quad beam mod. You pretty much just have to ground out the headlight wire (I think...you just ground something..). Search should tell you everything
