Default Idling issue

2004 Blazer rwd 4.3 idle goes up and down. Map sensor or clogged air filter or possibly fuel pressure. Also there is a 1/4 inch vacuum line going nowhere

I'd start with the vacuum line. Not much you can troubleshoot while a vacuum line is unplugged. Air filter is pretty easy to check, so that would be second.

Check the IAC device. Clean the Throttle plate with 3M intake manifold cleaner, not carb. cleaner. Vacuum lines are important as someone has recommended.
