At 80000 miles I had to fix the intake manifold gaskets and before I knew this forum was in existence. well during the rebuild I never took notice of what injector system I had in it.. 2003 blazer LS 4Dr 4WD. Does mine have the SCPI Fuel Injector Assembly or the MFI Spider. Is there a way to see which one I have with out take it apart? Everything is running fine...knock on wood...I was just curious since I have seen a few post about this matter..Thank you for looking, Tony.

 

You should already have the MPFI

 

2003 through 2005 S & T body came with the upgraded injectors. Easy way to tell is if the 8th character in the VIN is "X", it has the new style injectors.

 

Number 8 is an "X"...Thank you!
