Rear doors sticking '98 Blazer

Rear doors sticking '98 Blazer
I recently replaced all the hinge pins on my '98 Blazer. It has 118k and all the doors were hard to open. You could visibly see that three of the doors had bad pins. The problem is now, the back doors still act the same way as they did before I changed the pins, like I didn't do anything to help the sticking. The front doors open like they should and kind of "pop" open now when you grab the handle. You have to yank on the back doors to get them open. People who get in think the doors are locked and I have to tell everyone to give them a yank. I have the GM service manuals but they say nothing about door adjustment short of full hinge replacement requiring busting welds and tapping holes in the door and frame. I don't see the doors dropping or any kind of misalignment and when I open them they swing freely. Is there something I can do to fix this? Is it the handles out of adjustment? It happens whether on the inside or outside trying to open it. It has the original doors and I have no reason to believe it was ever in any kind of accident, even a light one that might have tweaked something. I can't find anything when doing a search in the forums or online. It's getting embarrassing because everyone wants to ride in my "nice new truck" and then the first impression they get is that it's a pile that they can't even get the doors open on. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
