Default Misfire after throttle body cleaning

Whats up fellas, I got a bit of problem. The throttle body on my 95 4.3 was pretty nasty, so I cleaned it with carb cleaner. A day later I start getting a misfire in cylinder #2. (also got a o2 sensor code). Figured I had fouled 1 or more plugs so I changed them, and found the #2 plug blacked out. Cleaned the plug with a scrub brush, put it back in and drove it around the block, still misfiring. Got home and pulled #2 again to find it black again after 5 minutes of driving. Checked the plug wire and its getting fire. I don't think the black residue is oil, seems to be carbon. I know I should do a pressure check, but do any of you have some input?
