Default Motor Mount Problems..Need Help!!

I think my motor mounts have gone bad!! How does one know if the motor mounts have gone bad?? When my 2000 blazer goes in reverse it makes a funny grinding sound from the motor compartment. But when I put it in drive it goes away. Any way I can fix this or anyone know what might be wrong?? And if it is the motor mounts, how much does it cost to get it fixed and replace the motor mounts with new ones??..thanks.

You need to have someone hold the brakes and rev it up in gear, while you watch to see how much the motor moves...

Make sure, that you get the energy suspension motor mounts... They're a lot better built than the stock rubber ones.
