Default Need Help with Vac line found not connected

I was running the wires for my trailer brake controller this weekend and discovered a vac line laying disconnected in the engine bay. I have plugged it with a bolt for not, but I can't find any place where it is supposed to connect, please see the picture below. Any help is appreciated.

just behind the abs module, in the fender there is a nipple for a vacuum bulb(mounted inside the fender).. it needs to connect there.

Thanks!

If it's not to much to ask, can anyone get a picture of it? I'm sure I can locate it but it would easier if I knew exactly what I was looking for.

Also, does anyone know what it is for?

Between the ABS and the cruise module there is a black plastic nipple sticking out horizontally. You'll need to use the eyes in your fingers, or a mirror to see it. There is a black rubber wedge shaped bumper attached to the fender in your image, the nipple is straight below it. The nipple is part of the vacuum reservoir for HVAC and 4WD, (if equipped).

Bypassing the reservoir alone will not cause the 4WD not to work, probably something else.

I just fixed mine. It can cause your hvac doors slow to change direction since you wont have stored vacuum.

Okay, for the life of me I can't find this thing with my fingers or a mirror, I just felt around in there for 15min(man I hope my wife doesn't read this). I'm going to try again tomorrow in the light, looks like I need to replace that piece of line anyway, it started cracking when I was moving it around tonight.
