Anything specific? The wiring in these trucks is quite complex.

im trying to hook up a new set of off road lights in my truck to a factory foglight switch. But the thing is, I didnt have factory fog lights and want to buy the switch with the foglight button built in. I gotta know if there is a special harness I need to use or can I run individual wires to the switch?

The factory switch runs through the BCM to power the fog light relay in the underhood fuse box. Problem is that even if you have all of the proper wiring in the truck, if the BCM is not programmed properly, you will not be able to use them...

Here is the schematic for the factory fog lights:

It could possibly work....find the hot wire and the ground wire on the switch and then the return wire for the lamps and hook everything up, If that works? You may have to do a little modding on the switch. Or you could buy a rocker switch and mount it on the headlight switch panel, I think I saw someone here that did that. The second idea seems easier to me but if your looking for the OEM look I would do the first.
