Default No power to any thing

I have a 95 that I just finished replacing the head gaskets on went to start it and got nothing. I could not get any electrical at all. No lights, no crank not one thing electrical working. I have not checked the fuses in the distrub center.

Check the Main engine ground. It is located on the passengers side of the engine block on the front face, near the bottom corner. GM has been known to install star lock washers between the block and the ground wire. After a few years of soot just slight wiggling of this wire can cause this.

I hit the battery to block with an ohm meter and it has a good ground. The cable is clean and has good connection. I put on a new positive cable because the other was full of crap. I had the battery check and it is good. It will turn over another truck, so that is not the problem.

I have not checked the main distrubution panel for power.

Well, check the main distribution block for power...

Did you check continuity on the main positive battery cable?
