Oil pressure drops to 0 on turns
Have a problem that started a couple days ago. I was coasting down a hill doing about 45-5-mph with my foot OFF the gas. Noticed my 'check gauges' light come on. I saw the oil pressure gauge at ZERO! I put my foot on the gas and it went back up to normal-or 40 on the gauge. Now it happens if I'm slowing to go to a stop, or turning. Whats the problem? How do I rectify this? Thanks all!

You really should try to verify the factory electronic gauge with a mechanical gauge.

I would check my oil level first. Then look for leaks at the sender. It's usually located at the back of the rngine on top next to the distributor.

Finally, a thread I can help with! You need to check your oil level immediately. It has been my experience that you (and I) are approximately 3 quarts low when this occurs. Also, if I'm not mistaken, when you turn to the right, the gauge goes to zero as well.
