Tune up questions

I'm about to do a tune up and replace shocks on my 98 blazer 4.3 lt and was wondering what the best plugs ,wires and shocks (shocks should cost no more then 45 per shock) Thanks again guys

PLugs - AC/Delco Double Platinums
Wires - Any high quality 7mm wires
Shocks -
