Default Problem after Heater Core Replacement 2000 chevy blazer

A friend recently replaced heater core but, must have left something undone. Afterwards there is no power to blower or controls. Can someone tell me what might be unplugged.

Yup-they neglected to re-hook the wiring harness to this module in their haste to finish the job,you should not have to remove the dash again but you might have to drop the steering column again.Or if you get lucky you may be able to reach them with the radio and lower duct work removed.Best of Luck!

Is this harness located near the steering column and do you know if it has a colored connector or a white one. Or in the middle near the radio.

I see one plug (white) on the passengers side hanging down but don't know where it plugs into. I think the plug is closer to the middle just hanging down on the passengers side.
