Quad beam with low beam HIDs

Quad beam with low beam HIDs
I know there are tons of threads on the quad beam but I can't quite find what I am looking for. So, here goes, I have a 2000 blazer 4x4, 4 door LT. I have an HID kit that I want to install in my low beams. But I also want to do the quad beam mod. I did it where I ground the yellow wire but then all 4 of my lights were on with my DRLs. I would like to keep my DRLs. I tried wiring a relay the following way.
30 - Battery positive (with inline fuse)
85 - Ground
86 - High beam +
87 - Low beam +
While this worked for my Efans it just blows the inline fuse with the headlights. I have found methods using 2, 3, and 4 relays. I have plenty of relays, so that isn't an issue. I just need a good wiring diagram or pin schematic
so in summary here is what I want to do.

- DRLs working as normal
- low beams HID, stay on with highs
- High beams normal 9005 bulbs

So I decided to bypass my DRLs, but I want to keep my auto headlights. So I bent pin 70 back on the DRL relay and grounded the 1 low beam wire to do the quad beams. Now my low beams are on all the time like the DRLs were. Is there something else that I need to do to keep those off? I really don't want to drive around all day with my HIDs on.
