Rear washer hose leak!

Rear washer hose leak!
I have a 2000 blazer 4dr, noticed the rear washer quit working. Started messing with it and finally seen fluid come out between headliner and trim on the passenger side by rear window. Does hose run thru ceiling all the way or on floor and up the rear pillar and then into tailgate at the top? Thanks in advance for any help.

I had always assumed that the rear washer line ran along the frame rails....guess not if you have washer fluid on the headliner....hmmm.
Time to pull the trim pieces off, hooks, etc to have a "look-see" under the headliner. Take a few photos when you do and post them. The repair should be easy to do with vacuum line as most of us have had to do at the tailgate washer line connection.

Thanks puttster and LannyL81 for the help. I called a Chevy parts guy and the hose runs along floor, then does goes up the driver side rear pillar across headliner and into the tailgate on the passenger side to the washer nozzle. I will do the fix with vacuum line like I did the front line that broke, should be pretty straight forward. Thanks again for the help.
