You can check for voltage and ground at the washer pump with a volt/ohm meter. The rear wiper and washer get power from the radio fuse. If the radio works, the fuse is good. Disconnect the connector from the washer pump. There are 2 wires in the washer pump connector. The black wire goes to ground and must show less than 5 ohms resistance to ground at all times. The dark green wire should show battery voltage when the pump is activated, (ignition must be on). If it fails either test, trace the wire back and locate the problem. The pump grounds on the left radiator support. You can pop the rear wiper/washer switch out and back probe the dark green wire to see if the switch is supplying voltage to the pump circuit.

My carpet was soaked from the front to the rear. I started in the front and kept ripping the carpet up until I could find the area it was coming from. The fitting for the rear hose that connects to the wiper hose had a split in it. So for months I was peeing washer fluid until everything was soaked front to back.
