Default Right Turn Signal Blinking too fast!!

How do I fix this? Both the front and rear bulbs do work. But, they blink too fast. But, when I put on my Highway blinkers or emergeny blinkers, they work fine, same speed of blinking. I tried replacing the fuses with new ones, did not work. The fuses were not blown. I mean the bulbs work, the fuses are not blown, what might be the problem?? Could it be the relay or something?? Is there a quick fix?

This happened to me before, it was caused by the fact that one of my brake lights were out.

I did not have to replace anything, expect a bulb. Turns out one of my brake light bulbs burned out. Thank you very much for the help guys. Everything is cherry now!!
