Default Head Gasket Torque and Pattern

Hello, I need some information. I have spent hours digging through the forums reading post, enough to know you all tend to tell people to "find it for yourself" when they ask questions that have been answered many times on this board. I am sure my questions have been asked before, but after several hours reading endless post I cannot find my information, and the search engine on this board doesn't work well. With that having been said, I just finished paying a mechanic 500 dollars to R&R the top end of my blazer after my valve seal went bad. He did a horrible job, he did not torque my Intake manifold, plenum or head correctly. Now I have gas smell in my oil, and water, and the exhaust manifold are leaking crazy, I'm at my ends. I have spent hours digging through this website for some basic information and cannot find it. Also, I have the Chiltons manual and I have gone through the entire book, and no where does it list the pattern or torque for the heads.

I have a 1995 Blazer 4X4 "W"
I need the Torque for the heads, and the pattern.
Please help!!!
