i went and had my 97 blazer smogged yesterday and passed the emissions but was failed on the visual because a "clip" was missing. the tech said that is called an "air duct elbow clip" or an "intake duct clip". Anyway, I cannot find anything online under those names and need to finish the smog ASAP. Can someone help me with this name. It is supposed to hold the housing down on the throttle.
