Okay I'm just lost here.

I have a 96 4.3L as of today I have replaced the following parts with no change.

alternator
mass airflow
cap/rotor and spark plugs( not wires)
map sensor
fuel pump
fuel pressure regulator and cleaned spider injectors
engine control module/coil
Egr valve
tank vent valve (cause I broke the original)

The truck will turn on and run no problem(with a fully charged battery), idle is fine, no sputtering or back fire and the after about 20 minutes of running it will just shut off like the key was turned off.(again when it shuts off there's no sputter or back fire).

Then it will start right back up and then shut off, then it will just crank and not fire until battery is dead. I'm completely lost. If anyone has any insight on what I should do would be much appreciated.

I have no check engine light on, but I also don't have a code reader or diagnostic tools.

Shot in the dark but fuel pump wearing out? A pressure test would tell you if you have fuel getting to the engine.

You should determine if your losing fuel pressure or ignition. You can attach a fuel pressure gauge to the Schraeder and tape the gauge to the windshield and you can attach a voltmeter to various points in the ignition chain to see if you lose low voltage. Catching a temporary loss of high voltage can be more difficult. Do you have any codes or pending codes?

Just finished testing my ignition system everything seems to be fine.
I how ever do not have a fuel pressure tester or code scanner trying to get one now.
I've replace the following on the fuel system as of this morning.
new spider injectors
fuel filter and fuel pump.

il update when I've acquired the proper tools.

Besides codes, The trick is to catch the fault at the moment the truck dies, not measure while it's running perfectly.
