RE: STARTER PROBLEM??
Good chance of it, but have you double-checked all the wiring connections at the battery andat the starter?

RE: STARTER PROBLEM??
where is the starter on a 95? wiring looks fine
just went out to clean the terminals they was still disconnected , had some corrosion on the positive , used sandpaper to get it off, got it all off plugged it back in and started clicking again very slowly then i seen a bright spark down below the engine as soon as i connected the battery, disconnected the negative and the spark stopped, checked the battery and it is dead now

RE: STARTER PROBLEM??
It's been a couple of weeks since you posted, but I'm just now seeing this. In case you still need help, I just did this a couple of months ago on my '96, and it only took an hour.
The starter is right behind the front right wheel. It's held on by two long bolts that go in from the bottom up. Someone else posted a pic of it somewhere, so you'll have to search for it.
The quick version of the replacement: [ul][*]UNPLUG THE BATTERY. The starter gives high voltage, so not doing this could kill you.[*]Remove the front passenger wheel. Make sure you use jackstands! Not doing this could also kill you.[*]Remove the wheel well cover if necessary (I just cut a little hole in it to give better access).[*]Remove the two battery connections from the starter.[*]Go under the wheel well and unbolt the two bolts.[*]Slip the starter out of the hole where it connects to the flywheel. You may have to rotate it a few different ways to get it out, but patience is the key.[/ul]Installation is the reverse of removal. Hope this helps!
P.S. A bad starter can drain your battery. This also happened to me, so I ended up replacing both at about the same time.
