Default Steering Wheel Play

When Idrive my steering wheel seem to have a alittle play. I can move it side-to-side and the truck will keep straight. Any suggestions?

I would get someone to turn the wheel for you while you get under the car and check the tie rod ends, pitman arm and I think Blazers have a rag joint too.

Much of this is due to the steering gear (reciprocating ball) setup. There is an inherent neutral position. But regardless of that, you should definitely inspect the steering components. Idler arm is a good source of play along with the other suggestions above.

And yes, all s-series vehicles have a rag joint.
